Package Securely
Place the diamond jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certification documents.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
